I will have finished or I will have been working? Both tenses look at a moment in the future and at what will have happened up to then. The difference: the Future Perfect focuses on the result, and the Future Perfect Continuous focuses on the duration.I will have finished ou I will have been working?
Future Perfect

B1+ Future Perfect
Imagine yourself at a point in the future and look back: what will be done by then? That is the Future Perfect. It uses will have + the past participle, the same participle you use in the Present Perfect. Ele usa will have + o particípio passado, o mesmo particípio do Present Perfect.

By = “até” (no later than)
By + a time means “at or before that time”. It is the most typical partner of the Future Perfect. Do not confuse it with until, which describes a situation that continues up to that time.
B1+ Future Perfect Continuous
Now the focus moves from the result to the process: how long will the action have been going on when we reach that future moment? Add been + the -ing form. Acrescente been + a forma com -ing.

B1+ Result or duration?
The key question: what matters, the result or how long the action will have been going on?A pergunta-chave: o que importa é o resultado ou quanto tempo a ação estará durando?
- By noon, I will have written the email.

B1+ Rules to remember
Stative verbs
State verbs (know, believe, want, love, own, belong, understand, seem) are not used in the continuous: ✗ will have been knowing → ✓ By then, she will have known him for ten years.Verbos de estado (know, believe, want, love, own, belong, understand, seem) não vão para o continuous: ✗ will have been knowing → ✓ Até lá, vai fazer dez anos que ela o conhece.
Have been, never being
The structure is fixed: ✗ She will have being working → ✓ She will have been working all night.A estrutura é fixa: ✗ She will have being working → ✓ Ela terá passado a noite toda trabalhando.
Use a duration
The Continuous almost always comes with a time expression (for three hours, all day). Without one, the simple Future Perfect usually sounds more natural.O Continuous quase sempre vem com uma expressão de tempo (for three hours, all day).
Negatives and questions
Only will changes: won’t have finished, Will they have been waiting long? Have and been always stay the same.Só o will muda: won’t have finished, Will they have been waiting long? O have e o been ficam sempre iguais.
